حسب توجيهات السيد مدير الاستخبارات العسكرية وبعملية نوعية متميزة وجهد استخباري مميز لخلية الاستخبارات ومكافحة الإرهاب التابعة إلى مديرية الاستخبارات العسكرية وبالتعاون مع قوة من كتيبة الاستطلاع العميق البطلة تم نصب كمين محكم في احدى مناطق العاصمة بغداد وعلى أثرهِ تم إلقاء القبض على مجموعة مكونة من أربعة أشخاص مختصين بتهريب وبيع الآثار وتزييف العملة حيث كان بحوزتهم عدد من القطع الأثرية الثمينة والنادرة، وسيتم تدوين اقوالهم أبتدائيا وقانونياً بالاعتراف وأيداعهم التوقيف لاستكمال التحقيق واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم.

Military Intelligence arrests a gang specialized in smuggling and selling antiquities in the capital, Baghdad

According to the directives of the Director of Military Intelligence, and with a distinguished qualitative operation and a distinguished intelligence effort of the Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Cell of the Military Intelligence Directorate, and in cooperation with a force from the Deep Reconnaissance Battalion, an elaborate ambush was set up in one of the areas of the capital, Baghdad, and as a result, a group of four persons specialized in smuggling was arrested. And selling antiquities and counterfeiting currency, as they were in possession of a number of precious and rare artifacts, and their statements will be written down primary and legally by recognition, and they will be placed under arrest to complete the investigation and take legal measures against them.
